The holiday home is just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The villa is furnished in a rustic Spanish style and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is in enclosed grounds at the end of a quiet street and next to a former orange plantation. The villa's various covered terraces enjoy splendid views of the mountains and the attractive landscaped garden. Sun worshippers will enjoy the loungers by the swimming pool. There are numerous shops and restaurants within a radius of 2 km. The town of Denia is around 10 km away and has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Boats to the Balearic Islands leave from there. You can enjoy various water sports in the surrounding area and golfers will have a superb time. You'll find safari and adventure parks in Benidorm, 53 km away. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are only an hours drive away and are well worth a visit.
