Accommodation in Eslida
Eslida is located in the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park and is surrounded by mountains. The municipality comprises rugged mountains and gorges, pine and cork oak forests, as well as medicinal springs. The natural park offers hiking trails and opportunities for cycling among springs, gorges and dense cork oak forests.

Hiking trails of different lengths
The PR-CV-352 hiking trail starts at Plaza del Molí in Eslida. The G-36 hiking trail connects Eslida with Alcudia de Veo via a 13.4-kilometre walking route. Another section of this trail connects Eslida with Vilavella over a distance of 14.7 kilometres. The PR-CV-138 hiking trail runs through the municipalities of Eslida and Chóvar; the route, which is just under 10 kilometres long, can be completed in one day. The routes to Alcudia de Veo and Vilavella, as well as the section between Eslida and Chóvar, differ in length: 13.4, 14.7 and just under 10 kilometres respectively.
The Ruta de les Fonts begins at the visitor centre of the Parque Sierra de Espadán at Avenida Francisco Mondragón 2 in Eslida. Along this route, the Font de Matilde has a recreational area. In addition, a local, signposted and refurbished hiking trail leads to the Font dels Llops and Coll Roig. For cyclists, the nearly 74-kilometre R19 cycling route starts in the centre of Eslida and heads towards Artana on the CV-223.
Old Town and Architectural History
Eslida's Old Town consists of narrow, winding and very steep streets in the style of an Arab medina. Four entrance gates of the historic city wall have been preserved: Portal Viejo, Portal Nuevo, Teixidors and Virgen de los Dolores. On the opposite side of the river from Eslida lies Els Corrals, a group of former alquerías.
El Molí de l'Aire preserves the remains of an old grain mill. Eslida Castle has a main tower, or Torre del Homenaje, with a triangular floor plan, as well as two angled twin towers serving as defensive structures. Iglesia El Salvador was built over an Arab mosque. Its architecture is Baroque, and it features Rococo decoration. L'Arc de la Rambla is a Roman aqueduct over the Anna River.
Construction of the Ermita del Calvario began on 24 February 1704. The Ermita del Calvario is attached to a cistern containing a ceramic altarpiece of the Virgen de la Cueva Santa. The buildings range from the old grain mill and the castle to the church, the aqueduct and the Ermita del Calvario.
Honey as a Local Hallmark
In 2013, Eslida was considered a reference point for beekeeping and the production and manufacture of artisanal honey. At that time, eight beekeepers were registered for tax purposes; three of them had sales and marketing businesses within the municipality. The artisanal honey produced by Francisco and Maria Pilar is sold in a shop in Eslida.
